Congratulation to Vik Nair For Winning:
Junior Grand Champion, Best in size, and AKCA award at Washington Koi and Water Garden Society 14th Annual Koi Show 2005
Testimonial:
Dear Peter and Joe (inland koi management and staff), attatched is a photo of the Miya bred ginrin hi showa that won the junior grand champion at Washington Koi and Water Garden Society 14th Annual Koi Show in Seattle, Washington. Thank you for being my sole koi supplier and feel free to use this email and photo to show your koi"s acheivement. It was 10 to 12 inches when I bought it about 2 years ago and the sumi was still not developed. Within 1 and a half years as you can see by the photo the sumi is incredible and it is 17 inches; and this fish got the most awards at our show ( best in size ,AKCA award and junior grand champion which is the 3rd highest award next to grand and reserve grand champion). We are really proud of it and you should be too.Mr Henry Nakamura the head judge from Asahi Koi Farms in California commented that this fish is the best ginrin hi showa he had ever seen and once it reaches maturity and 20 inches plus length it would be a tough competitor at any koi show in the country. During the koi winners seminer assistant judge Norman Call of Oregon mentioned that this fish was a very well developed, gret marking, excellent sumi and extremely "clean" fish without any flaws. The show attendees seemed to be very impressed by it as well--they were drawn to it like a magnet--my only wait now is for it to gain size and the hi to deepen. Thank you again and looking forward to getting kois from you again.
ps- our 3 step ginrin sanke from you also won the best ginrin award, our ai goromo from you won the peoples choice award.we almost made a clean sweep.
sincerely
Vik Nair
