I have purchased koi and supplies from Inland Koi many times. I have never been dissatisfied. It is extremely easy to order from Inland. The shipping cost is fair. Delivery time is fast. All of our koi are imported from reputable Japanese breeders such as Ogata, Sakai, Suzuki, Hosokai, Igarashi, Hoshikin, Matsuda, Hiroi, Tazaki, Tanaka, Miya, Jirosuke, Nogami, Harishin, Ikarashi, Marusaka, Hara, or Kaneko Koi Farm.
Shipping Policy and Charge:
All orders of koi will be ship by UPS Next Day Air to assure live arrival. You can have it ship to your residential or business address upon request. Once we received your orders, we will email you the total costs including shipping charge. Normally, shipping will be done from Monday to Thursday. We only guarantee for live arrival on Next Day Air shipping. Please email or call us to arrange for a delivery date.
